In accordance with ISO 9001: 2015

We, the senior management and all the employees of ALAMAN Engineering Co., in order to maintain our company's position and for our personal belief of the importance of applying ISO 9001: 2015, we are committed to perform our services and manufacture our products in accordance with international standards and the standards adopted by the Syrian Arab Republic through the following:

1. Achieving customer satisfaction.

2. Full compliance with the rules and regulations that is related to the treatment of our products

3. Ensuring the safety of workers in terms of health and environment.

4. Continuous improvement and development of work performance methods.

We will do the above-mentioned goals through:

1. The use of high-quality raw materials and introducing products that conform to the international and Syrian Arab Republic standards.

2. Monitoring all the procurement, manufacturing and installation processes of all projects with continuous testing of our products in accordance with Syrian and international specifications.

3. Raising the level of efficiency and awareness of the employees and improve their scientific and practical skills.

4. Creating a spirit of cooperation between the employees and the management of the company and encouraging them to work as partners.

5. Increasing the competitive capacity of the company and raising its market share.

6. Building strong and long-term relations with suppliers.

To ensure the efficient implementation, we will review the policy, objectives and quality management system periodically in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, and we will maintain, improve and develop the system continuously, in order to achieve the company's goal in reaching globalization in accordance with the international standards.
